* credits to Rodney Rogers, though I am not totally convinced at his approach to composing this photograph(cropping out of the sky)- but I guess these instincts are hard to grasp when one lacks the experience and proper training. In the mean time, here it is. Black and white conversion via gradient map, followed by levels adjustment to bring out the details of the ground and brightening of the overall image. Gradient filter was then applied to darken the sky from the top and left edge to simulate the effect of an storm passing by.
